Our Bas plan is designed for light use, and is suitable for many day-to-day applications, whereas Pro and Ent are tailored for moderately busy lines and high-volume hotlines respectively.

When you pick a number it is added to your order with a basic call-handling service and price plan. There is nothing to configure, and if you buy the number it will be ready as soon as it's been paid for.
If you think your business would benefit from the more advanced call-handling possible with our more advanced services, upgrade to dmVoice or dmSwitchboard. To get a number capable of receiving faxes (and forwarding them as email attachments) choose dmFax.
